P.S. MediaHouse is nominated for a design award at the OHBA's Awards of Distinction

P.S. MediaHouse, along with its client, Mountainview Building Group, has been nominated for an Ontario Home Builders’ Association Award of Distinction. The awards showcase excellence in building, design, professional renovation, and sales and marketing within the home building industry across Ontario.

P.S. MediaHouse, along with Mountainview, is a finalist for On-Site Sales Presentation (up to 1,500 sq. ft.) for its work at Elements Urban Condominiums, Mountainview’s sales office in St. Catharines. P.S. MediaHouse helped envision the space, and then brought it to life through an eye-catching interior and stunning marketing collateral.

"We played off the name ‘Elements’ and created a sales office that incorporated water, air, and earth elements, along with metals and more, while playing with contrasting rustic and modern elements. These include heritage barn boards to showcase the various housing floorplans combined with sleek etched glass and brass metals. The combination of modern pieces, natural elements and elegant touches created a stunning sales office that perfectly showcased the condominium and captured the attention of homebuyers, " says Shannon Mastaler, co-owner of P.S. MediaHouse.

In addition to that category, Mountainview Building Group is also a finalist in the Production Built Home (one storey) category for its model home, Saffron Estates "Monroe" in Fonthill.
