On July 22, P.S. MediaHouse, along with their homebuilding client Mountainview Building Group, walked away winners at the Niagara Home Builders' Association's (NHBA) Awards of Excellence. This bi-annual event pays tribute to the incredible accomplishments of their member builders and vendors.
P.S. MediaHouse was thrilled to win Best Print Ad Campaign for our Fonthill Magazine and Best New Home Showroom or Sales Centre for the Elements sales office.
The Fonthill magazine is a glossy, tourism-style publication that showcases the best of Fonthill. From attractions to local services, new residents to Mountainview’s Fonthill communities will be able to peruse the lifestyle publication and get excited about their move and exploring their new town.
“As past magazine editors we know how attractive magazines are to the public. The content is engaging, the photos are colourful and exciting, and it becomes a resource for all future Mountainview home buyers to the area. It also elevates the buying experience through Mountainview Building Group. Already, their customer service is second to none; this adds a thoughtful touch to the buying process,” says Shannon Mastaler, P.S. MediaHouse co-founder and creative director.
P.S. MediaHouse’s involvement in the Elements Showroom was an exciting addition to the creative agency’s roster of services. Working with home builders for 10 years, it was a thrilling experience redesigning the space with the leadership team at Mountainview. From a massive-sized wall map that illustrates local amenities, to a 3D Luxury Standards wall and stunning floorplans showcased on Barnboard and etched glass, to carefully chosen decor and marketing collateral that reflects the ‘elements’ of wind, earth and water, the space was designed to wow home buyers, entrenching them in the unique brand, while perfectly showcase the stunning condominiums.
“There is nothing more exciting than being tasked with designing a sales office with the incredible Mountainview team, for a beautiful product like Elements. Bringing the brand to life through original design ideas, décor choices, and marketing pieces and seeing it capture the hearts of homeowners is one of the best parts of our job!” Says Mastaler.
Mountainview went on to win another 6 awards including the top prize – Builder of the Year, and the extremely coveted Community Project of the Year for the One Fonthill Condominium Collection.
