Johnathan luxury towns in Grimbsy by Phelps Homes, is a handsome collection of stylish townhomes carefully designed for exceptional living in a location that is just off the beaten path. Our aim was to create a brand that was effortlessly cool, confident, dynamic, and would speak to young professionals. The branding of Johnathan was all encompassing, and included the development name and overarching concept, logo, website, teaser video, ad concepts, marketing collateral for the sales centre, brochure, amenity maps of the area, outdoor signage, and more!
